Recently, the Algeria MTBE project, EPC-contracted by a consortium comprising China National Technical Import & Export Corporation (CNTIC) and Luoyang Engineering Ltd/ Sinopec achieved a significant milestone! The project’s largest equipment—the deisobutane—was successfully hoisted into place. This critical tower, manufactured by our company, embodies the collective wisdom and relentless efforts of our entire team.
With a
total length of 69 meters and a net weight of 216 tons, the tower’s total
weight reaches 240 tons after installation of insulation layers and ladder platforms, making it the "giant" of the MTBE project. During its
manufacturing process, our technical team meticulously studied the nuances and
core requirements of ASME and PED standards. Through repeated design reviews,
simulations, and technical validations, we overcame challenges to ensure
compliance with both ASME standards and PED certification criteria.
Additionally, given the equipment’s export to Algeria, the project involved
complex documentation and a lengthy ARH approval process. Our dedicated task
force meticulously organized workflows and maintained proactive communication
to ensure seamless progress in documentation and approvals.
Moving forward, we remain committed to our
philosophy of excellence. Leveraging profound technical expertise and an
unwavering dedication to quality, we will continue to refine production
processes and elevate product standards. In every project, we uphold the
highest sense of responsibility to exceed client expectations, solidifying our
leadership in the equipment manufacturing industry.
